Bringin’ Down the House
Congratulations to Phoebe Bridgers, 2012 Bringin’ Down the House National Winner!
Bringin’ Down the House gives students an opportunity to perform onstage at House of Blues venues and pay tribute to blues and blues-inspired music. This fall, bands, groups, and solo performers took the stage and brought down the house in six cities nationwide. A panel of judges in each city selected first, second, and third place winners; audience winners were also chosen. Prizes included studio recording time, Guitar Center gift cards, and House of Blues Karma Kash. Showcase proceeds support IHOBF arts programs for youth.
Six Showcase Winners – one from each Bringin’ Down the House city – advanced to the National Online Competition.
